Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Midlothian, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to seek quotes for the demolition of the Warbro Athletic Complex. Athletic complex consists of, but is not limited to, three diamond-shaped sports fields, dugout structures, including benches and metal awnings, a concession stand + public restroom building, multiple storage sheds, water fountain, picnic tables, signage, and pedestrian pathways. Images of existing conditions are included below but are not entirely inclusive and should be used as reference only. Contractor must visit site to confirm existing conditions prior to bidding. Items to be demolished shall include items pertaining to sports complex as referenced above, as well as a 1,500 gallon septic tank located near parking lot, HVAC unit (including concrete base and surrounding fence). Items Excluded from Scope and to Remain: Items to remain include paved parking lots, split rail fence and adjacent railroad tie steps, all stadium and parking lot lights, light poles, transformers, electric meter, breaker panel, fire hydrants, manhole covers, perimeter fencing around entire complex, paved vehicular access road, plantings, mulch beds and trees around parking lot, unless otherwise noted. There is one active water line that needs to remain intact that services the Northern Area Convenience Center/Landfill. Other items to remain may be discovered and will be addressed accordingly.
