Sealed Proposals for a contractor to perform construction services on a project in Dallas, Texas involving removal of 15 Carrier Self Contained Units and replace with 15 Trane Heat Pump Split Systems. The School intends to evaluate proposals and select a contractor in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.151-.155 of the Texas Government Code.
