Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes designing the replacement of the existing HVAC system in the Sports Complex Facility. Design to replace nine (9) Roof Top Units units and related systems- electrical, controls, piping, ductwork, possible abatement, etc. New HVAC equipment will incorporate the latest Standards and Guidelines currently offered by ASHRAE that include the current energy efficiency and sustainability provisions. Field house units currently do not provide cooling. Design phase will investigate adding cooling (and requisite electrical and structural study). As of December 10, 2024, this project is included in the County 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
