Van Sickle, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, 615 South College Street, Suite 1600, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202; (704) 561-3417project Description: Project Consists of Demolition of the Existing Track and Infrastructure Below and Interior to the Track. An Existing 54 " Cmp Storm Pipe That Runs Beneath the Field Will Either Be Excavated and Removed From the Site or Filled With Flowable Fill, Both of Which Will Require Partial Removal and Capping of the 54" Pipe. The Removal or Fill Occur After the to Be Constructed 54" by-pass is Installed and Functioning. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 15 Days After Opening of Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities. Question Deadline 01/06/2025 Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages Successful Bidder Shall Begin the Work on Receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Shall Complete the Work Within the Contract Time. Work is Subject to Liquidated Damages. The Work Must Be Complete by March 7, 2025. 1.4 Bidder's Qualifications Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. A Performance Bond, Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder Prior to Executing the Work.
