The following projects are planned for the period covered by this agreement. While the City anticipates the projects will be undertaken within the next 5 years, the City reserves the right to withdraw any or all projects from the list at any time at its sole discretion or substitute other projects not previously anticipated. o Extend Taxiway L and Cargo Apron Expansion. (Construction phase services only. Design services completed under previous contract.) o Taxiway N Pump Station. Analysis and recommended alternatives for water retention mitigation. o Replace/Rehabilitate West Side Ramp. Analysis and recommended alternatives for rehabilitating west side ramp. o Rehabilitate Taxiway M o Reconstruct, rehabilitate, realign, and/or strengthen other Taxiway(s) Other projects identified in the Airport Capital Improvement Plan. o East Side General Aviation Ramp Improvements o Replace Terminal Building Boilers o Parking Facility Improvements (to include parking garage maintenance, parking booth repair/replacement, joint seal repair/replacement, and potential design of new facilities) o Replace Passenger Boarding Bridges (Construction phase services only) o Replace Airfield Maintenance Facility Roof o Rehabilitate/Reconstruct Perimeter Road (Construction phase services only) o Replace Snow Removal and ARFF Equipment As of October 3, 2025, the construction document completion timeline has not been released.
