Renovation of an educational facility in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Rooftop HVAC Replacements. The point of contact for all bids will be Dan Schluckbier of TRG. All inquiries should be made through e-mail to: dan@trgschools.com Bidders must provide a proposed contract that includes references, proof of insurance, costs encompassing all required work, and a work to be completed page that covers, at a minimum, all the details in section III. Due to the funding source of this project, contractors must follow the requirements of the Davis-Bacon act. The job must be COMPLETED and all debris removed by January 6 th , 2025. a. Pricing includes all labor and materials until job is complete. b. Remove all debris and replaced RTUs from jobsite. c. Any/all additional line & low voltage wiring, additional curbs adapters/roofing, duct alterations, hoisting/crane, permits, etc. d. 2 RTUs requested to be replaced, connected, and fully functioning 1. 2- 20 ton units at 40,000 BTU each -All units with new low loss economizers, controls, multi-speed fans, staged heating, staged cooling, CO2 sensors, smoke detectors. -Warranties given will be factored into the decision when awarding the contract
