Electrical A 5% bid bond or cashier's check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid is required. OBLIGATIONS OF BIDDERS: Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute (without alterations) a subcontract agreement with Clark Contractors based on the Clark Master Subcontract, Project Schedule, and Clark Scope Sheet.
