Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Eastchester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

KG+D Project No. 2021-1052 Door and door hardware replacement project Any proposal must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Tuckahoe Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond for a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, conditioned as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The district will require the successful bidders to provide separate Performance and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract price and in the form specified in the Bid Documents. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the district reserves the right to reject bids that contain omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in their sole discretion to waive such irregularities, or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which is in the best interest of the District.
