Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a 450,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of December 9, 2024, phase 1 bid in November 2024 and will start construction December 2024. Pending design completion, phase 2 (LFC) is scheduled to go out for bid in late December 2024, with a due date in mid-January 2025. The project will have a phased Fall 2025 completion. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This request for professional services will be for the Indianapolis Service Area Capital Project. The project scope includes renovations to repurpose several instructional spaces including labs, classrooms, nursing simulations, student services, administration offices, and industrial technology. The project will impact multiple buildings and more than 450,000 assignable square feet.
