Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning maintenance services and equipment installations for NTTA's tolling system. The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) invites experienced and qualified companies to submit bids (each, a "Bid") to provide the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning maintenance services and equipment installations for NTTA's tolling system. (the "Project") to NTTA in accordance with the terms of this RFB. A company that seeks to be awarded the contract ("Contract") for the Project under this RFB will be referred to as a Bidder. The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), Information Technology (IT) department will upgrade and consolidate all existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units or systems over a four (4) - year period. This project will include contractor services to purchase, install, and maintain HVAC units in accordance with NTTA, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and manufacturers' requirements, standards, and recommendations. Approximately 400 HVAC units are included in this scope and all units are located throughout NTTA roadways. Bid Question Deadline November 25th, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. CT Contract Term four (4) years. The Term of the Contract is 4 (four) years. Procurement Services will automatically reject any Bid that is submitted after the Bid Due Date listed on the cover page of this RFB, and return it unopened. Until a Contract is executed, NTTA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to decline to proceed or to otherwise proceed with this procurement by other method(s) allowed by law and in the best interest of NTTA.
