Work assignments may include, but are not limited to roof cleanings, inspections, predictive/preventative maintenance, repairs, retrofits, waterproofing, disposal services, lightning protection, and related services, and products. Contractor responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision, materials/ equipment procural, removal, and disposal services of damages materials, permits and licensing to complete assigned projects.
