Remodeling of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,548-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
The project is located at 5409 E Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89156. The tenant improvement area is an approximately 4,333 sq. ft. space within an approximately 17,182 sq. ft. building. The scope includes the demolition of adjoining existing patient rooms to create large open spaces for group treatment. These spaces will have new finishes that will match the existing facility flooring and colors. New interior windows will be placed in four existing offices as well as new offices being created. There will be new structural beams, columns and footings in order to create openings for the large open spaces. The plumbing and mechanical work includes the elimination of toilet rooms, the addition of a new laundry room and the modification of ductwork to service the large group treatment spaces. The electrical work includes the rearrangement of outlets and new LED lighting. Question Deadline 12/19/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in electronically. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Monday, December 23 2024. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date.
