The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), 2 Center Plaza Suite 700 Boston, MA 02108 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the PFD - New Windows at District C6, New Windows & Masonry Repairs at C11 and New Windows & Roof at E13 project. The scope of work includes: Replacement of windows at Boston Police stations C6-South Boston, Replacement of Windows and Masonry Restoration at Boston Police station C11, Dorchester and Window & Roof replacement at Boston Police Station E13, Jamaica Plain. Filed Sub-bids and General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. *All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bid- der. Expected contract duration is for 210 days. Prevailing wages shall apply.
