Renovation of a water / sewer project in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000370377 Contractor shall perform complete removal of existing doors and frames. The doors shall be installed and constructed to fit existing openings and sizes. All associated items related to the new door installation shall be included. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Technical questions shall be directed to Ryan Putt, City of Midland Utilities Project Manager at (989) 837-3508, rputt@midland-mi.org. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % pricing for removing existing doors at the Water Reclamation Plant and replacing with five (5) exterior aluminum doors, per the attached specifications and standard instructions A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. *The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
