Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 320,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.

CTE Facility CTE Facility As of September 29, 2025, the bid tabulation has been closed and is being presented to the owner at the next board meeting. The previous solicitation is for reference purposes only. The awarded construction manager has released this project for sub bidding and has split the CTE Facility and Multi-Purpose Facility into separate bids. The CTE Facility is a proposed STEM Lab and teaching facility. The Multipurpose Building will have an indoor sports arena, offices and additional lab space. New construction of career & technology center including advanced career and technical education classrooms and spaces for students pursuing certifications and workforce readiness programs. Construction is anticipated to start October 15, 2025 and will take approximately three years to complete. The district reserves the right to, before awarding the contract, to require additional evidence of qualifications, licensing, and previous experience if deemed necessary. Contractors will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond, submit proof of liability insurance and workers compensation.
