The Palmer Avenue Sidewalk Replacement Project for the Town of Niskayuna has a scope of work generally consisting of installation of all items in the Contract Documents including but not limited to clearing and preparing the site for construction, installation of concrete sidewalks, curbing, and curb ramps, signage, landscaping, and pavement markings. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, drawn upon a national or state bank or trust company, to the order of the Town of Niskayuna, or a bond with sureties in a penal sum equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, conditioned that if Bidder's Bid is accepted . such further security as may be required for the performance of the Contract. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, will be required of the successful Bidder, and the bonds shall be satisfactory to the Town of Niskayuna counsel. No bids received may be withdrawn by any bidder for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening. *The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any alternate proposal not significantly altering the bid specification.
