Reference Number 0000283605 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/07 02:00:00 PM EST Name and Description of Goods and/or Services: University of Toronto Scarborough, Facilities Management & Capital Projects, Grounds and Caretaking Division is seeking proposals from Proponents for the Removal and Disposal, Management and Tracking of Waste, in following streams for the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. Organics/Compostable Mixed Recycling, including Container Recycling (tin/plastic/glass) and Paper Cardboard Wood, Metal E-Waste Shredded Paper Yard Waste Other Waste (Landfill) This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date set forth above and, subject to earlier termination as provided for in this Agreement, continue in effect for a term of three (3) years (the Initial Term). The Initial Term may be renewed, in the University's sole discretion, for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms (each a Renewal Term) following expiry of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term, as applicable, on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement by the University providing Notice of its intention to renew no later than 90 days prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or Renewal Term, as applicable. For clarity, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1, the pricing terms applicable to the Initial Term shall apply to the Renewal Terms without adjustment. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Term" means the Initial Term together with any Renewal Term.
