Pump House Improvements The project is the Pump House Center for the Arts Improvements. The project is being funded with Community Development Block Grant funds and private funds. This solicitation, includes bids for Pump House Center for the Arts Improvement Project. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid City of Chillicothe or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the City of Chillicothe. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Each proposal shall be submitted on the Bid Form and sealed in an envelope clearly marked as containing a Bid, labeled as "Pump House Improvements" and the date and time of the bid opening on the envelope. The City of Chillicothe reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, and equal opportunity provisions. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof
