The Scope of Work includes the following: Demolition of Residential Structure at 1000 Cherry St., temporary and permanent protection of adjacent structures and site restoration. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Mandatory Bonds and Guarantees - A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid will be required. Bid guarantees, performance bonds and payment bonds will be required in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 31.36(h).
