The Church Street Retaining Wall Project consists of removal of an old dry-laid wall, removal of affected vegetation, new segmented wall design and construction, grading around the wall, and necessary survey work required for retaining wall design and construction. Retaining wall height is anticipated to be approximately 3 to 8 feet, in general depending on location and existing topography. The retaining wall extends along the east side of Church Street for about 350+/- feet. Incidental work includes vegetation management including potential invasive species, traffic management and control, and coordination with abutters and the City. The project is being funded by City of Lebanon 2024 funds. Substantial Completion: July 31, 2025 Final Completion and Acceptance: August 31, 2025 The successful Bidder shall execute a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price within 5 business days of the NOTICE of AWARD. Performance Bond shall be executed by the Bidder, Owner, and a Surety Company. RSA 447:16 details the bond requirements for municipal projects over $125,000. The successful bidder shall provide a Payment Bond in accordance with the provisions of RSA 447:16, executed between the Bidder, Owner, and a Surety Company within 5 business days of the NOTICE of AWARD.
