Hvac Heating System-state Street Restrooms Building Contracts Estimated to Cost between $10,000 and $50,000 Supply and install Adequate heating system to condition space, preferably a Heat Pump system. o Pressure test and charge the new system per manufacture's specifications o Have the new system wired with all necessary power/control wiring by a licensed and insured electrician. the Town of Marblehead hereby seeks written price quotations for the installation of a new HVAC heating system from contractors that customarily perform such work. It is the intention for the town to award the contract to the responsible contractor offering the lowest price quotation. The work will be completed within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. All materials and workmanship shall be guaranteed for a period of 12 months after completion and acceptance of job. Any defects in materials or workmanship appearing within or up to that time must be repaired or replaced by the contractor at no cost to the Town of Marblehead. The contractor must also pay prevailing wage rates The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
