The scope includes the renovation approximately 7,666 square feet includes the lab expansion and interior renovations to increase office flow and efficiency, relocation of offices and expansion of open office space, conference room construction, prisoner Processing Area renovations, relocation and expansion of the gym, secure vault and ammo storage construction, replacement of interior cameras, installation of exterior cameras, and finishes (carpet, tile, and paint), as specified in the project documents. Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build The complete set of construction project documents will be available to cleared contractors. Authorization is needed for security purposes for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). See Note 1 below.
