The general description of the Scope of Work (SOW) for this project is to provide the district with the network electronics at six (6) buildings. In addition to the forgoing SOW, all Bids must comply with all sections of this RFP and the Products and Services Specifications set forth in sections 8.0.0 through 9.0.0. FACILITIES/LOCATIONS Avalon Elementary School 20000 Avalon St Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 Elmwood Elementary School 22700 California St Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 Koepsell Education Center 21760 Raven Ave Eastpointe MI 48021 South Lake Admin Office 23101 Stadium Blvd. Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 South Lake High School 21900 East 9 Mile Rd Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 South Lake Middle School 21621 California St Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 The selected vendor/contractor shall provide, and maintain in force, a bond with surety, and on forms approved by the District in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount that the selected vendor/contractor shall promptly and faithfully perform all obligations under the awarded contract. The Bidder shall submit a five percent (5 %) Bid Bond, of the total base Bid price, made payable to South Lake Schools, with the sealed Bid. Any Bids received without a Bid Bond will be rejected by the District. There are no walkthroughs scheduled for this RFP..
