Owner intends to enter into an agreement with a Design Build firm to implement facility improvements at different facilities throughout the district. The Respondent, upon selection, will provide a Total Project Lump Sum Price for the project that is developed for the Owner. The Owner, will evaluate the use of the most appropriate source of funding for the project. - Perform the following tasks at the Ground Source Heat Pump Facilities listed below: - Remove and replace existing Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP) - Modify existing heat rejection to ensure loop temperature remain within the limits required of the WSHP's - Test existing heat rejection piping and repair any identified leaks - Flush and replace existing WSHP loop water - Modify or replace existing Outside Air units as needed to supply code required fresh air - Modify or replace existing control system as needed to accommodate HVAC repairs - Provide functional performance testing upon completion - Other items as outlined by client or engineer All questions associated with this request must be submitted through the LONGVIEW ISD Electronic bid system.
