All bids must be enclosed in sealed opaque envelopes which are clearly marked on the outside: Bid For: "Yorktown Central School District - Rooftop HVAC Equipment Replacement Contract". Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid process, to reject any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in the Board of Education's judgment, is in the best interest of the School District.
