Reference Number 0000381707 This Project will proceed under (1) LUMP SUM Contract as follows: General Construction Building No. 7.13 The scope of the work consists of a (20-yr warranty) recover EPDM to the existing SBS roofing with new flashings for the low roof. Repair of the low roof's (RTU) Roof Top Unit flashing using a crane to remove unit, repair or replace curb and reset. Incidental painting of various roof top items. New metal edge. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % Documents Notes : Hard copies of the bid documents may be still be viewed or purchased in person from the City of Rochester, Bureau of Purchasing.
