The City of Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has determined bidders shall hold a valid Class C-27 "Landscaping" or C-49 "Tree and Palm" or C-61/D-49 "Tree Service Contractor" State of California Contractor's license in good standing. Non-native Vegetation Removal and Trash Clean-up. The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Work shown on the Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items. The Work shall generally consist of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Remove dead and non-native biomass and trash from Springbrook Wash, and limb up trees to 8', once per year for 3 years. No dredging or earthwork may be done. Select biomass may be disposed of as green waste or shredded in specified on-site locations to prevent the spread of seeds or the resprouting of non-native material.
