Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Seven Days (7) After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Water Control Removing Metal Pipe Culverts Liquidated Damages the Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Forty (40) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is March 31-june 15 of Any Year.
