The Work comprises, but is not limited to, Grand Avenue Park Stadium Lighting Replacement and Electrical Upgrades, which consists of the LED retrofit of 96 HID high-mast stadium lights and various electrical upgrades, located at 1301 Grand Avenue, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Any questions submitted after December 5, 2024 may not be responded to. Said work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of 180 working days, from the dated specified in a written Notice to Proceed from the City. Per Section VI of City of Chino Hills Agreement, the City and Contractor agree that the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day is a reasonable sum to assess as damages to City by reason of the failure of Contractor to complete the Work within the time specified The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A, B or C-10 Contractors license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total bid price, The City of Chino Hills reserves the right after opening bids to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality (non-responsiveness) in a bid, or to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as it may best serve the interest of the City of Chino Hills.
