Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (CNE) is seeking complete proposals from qualified contractors to provide sewer replacement and complete lift station installation at the Will Rogers Downs KOA. Replacement includes furnish and install new sewer lateral lines to campsites, new main lines to manholes, backfill and compaction, furnish and install new lift station, lift station electrical, associated forced main, all manholes and junction boxes, provide all materials, labor, taxes, permits, and required inspection coordination as per the attached drawings by KAS Gales. The KOA is located on the east side of the Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs and racetrack. Scope of Services 1. Furnish and install all gravity sewer lines. This includes all required materials, all excavation, all Authority Having Jurisdiction ("AHJ") inspections. 2. Provide all permits for the scope of the work. 3. Provide and include all necessary underground imaging as will be needed to avoid other buried utilities. 4. Furnish and install new lift station, forced main, and electric complete. 5. Furnish and install all required backfill. Compaction per engineered drawings. 6. All excavation and backfill shall comply with OSHA requirements for safety. 7. In addition to a base proposal for services, contractor shall submittal a rate schedule for add services and reimbursables. 8. All costs of bonding, insurances, fees associated with the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance, and the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance 1/2 of 1% fee shall be pass through costs, not subject to any markups or burdens. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. All bids and pricing submitted under this RFP shall remain valid and open for sixty (60) days after the day of the bid opening, but the Company may, in its sole discretion, release any bid prior to that date. The Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the best interest of the Company. All bids are received subject to this stipulation, and the Company reserves the right to decide which bid shall be deemed lowest and best. A violation of any of the following provisions by the Bidder shall be sufficient reason for rejecting its bid or shall make any Contract between the Company and the Contractor that is based on its bid null and void: (i) divulging the information in said sealed bid to any person, other than those having a financial interest in the said bid, until after bids have been opened; (ii) submission of a bid which is incomplete, unbalanced, obscure, incorrect, or which has conditional clauses, additions, or irregularities of any kind not in the original Bid Schedule, or which is not in compliance with the Instructions to Bidder and Solicitation to Bid, or which is made in collusion with another bidder. The foregoing list is non-exhaustive, and the Company reserves the right to reject a bid or nullify any Contract between the Company and the Contractor based on his bid for any other reason it deems is in the best interest of the Company.
