Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lake Placid, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project consists of the demolition of the existing bathroom building and construction of new Public Bathrooms, associated site work and utilities. Technical questions are to be directed to Kathleen Suozzo PE, at Suozzo, Doty & Associates, PLLC, 4607 Lake Shore Drive, Lake Placid, NY 12814, 518.240.6293 (phone), ksuozzo@sdapllc.com (email). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the openings of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder. At the bid opening, the Bidder must supply a Bid Guarantee of five percent [5%] of the Total Amount of the Bid submitted. The Guarantee must be in the form of a bond or certified check. In addition, the Successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance, and Labor and Material Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond. Insurance shall be provided by the Successful Bidder. Doc Notes: Bidders who return full sets of Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for reuse) within 30 days after receipt of Bid will receive a full refund, NonBidders will not receive a refund. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to SDA, PPLC. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Officer as described below. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record with the Issuing Office as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the offices of Lake Placid Village, Village Clerk, 2693 Main Street Lake Placid , NY 12946 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, after November 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
