Project consists of the demolition of the existing bathroom building and construction of new Public Bathrooms, associated site work and utilities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding. At the bid opening, the Bidder must supply a Bid Guarantee of five percent [5%] of the Total Amount of the Bid submitted. The Guarantee must be in the form of a bond or certified check. In addition, the Successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance, and Labor and Material Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond.
