This Request for Proposal (RFP) plus the resulting proposal and Contract shall be consistent with and governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) where projects are funded under Federal Aid, and by the Prince William County Procurement Regulations where no Federal funds are applied In the event of an inconsistency between the Solicitation and selection requirements set forth in this RFP versus those set forth in the governing Regulations, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence to the solicitation and selection requirements of the governing Regulations. The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish as-needed professional consulting services contracts for engineering design services, construction engineering and inspection services, and geotechnical services for Federal-Aid Funded and non-Federal-Aid funded projects administered by Prince William County.
