Renovation of a municipal facility in Reno, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC), in accordance with Tribal procedures, is requesting proposals from individuals or firms to provide engineering design and consultation for backup generators to be installed at the RSIC Campus located at 34 Reservation Road, Reno, Washoe County, Nevada. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond, in an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the bid, if the bid is greater than $100,000.00, made payable to the "Reno-Sparks Indian Colony." The bid guarantee shall ensure the execution of the contract and furnishing of performance and payment bonds by the successful bidder in the appropriate amount. The bid guarantee of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned as soon as practicable after the opening of the bids. Bid Guarantees and Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required on construction or facility improvements contracts over $100,000.00. If there are minor irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding process, Owner reserves the right to waive provisions of the Specifications related to said minor irregularities or informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
