The City is soliciting bids for three specific well maintenance projects. It is the City's intent to award each project separately. Project 1: Replacement of Monitoring Well NP12 Project 2: Rehabilitation of Vadose Wells 1, 5, and 6 Project 3: Rehabilitation of Water Production Well 9 Lake Havasu City may reject any bid/proposal/letter of interest not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids/proposals/letters of interest if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so.
