Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tustin, California. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Public Improvements on Main Street between Newport Avenue and Prospect Avenue including installation of raised landscaped medians, narrowing of curb-to-curb street width, traffic striping with addition of buffered Class II bike lanes and sharrows, enhanced parkway landscaping, widening of sidewalks, reconstruction of library driveway to align with Tustin Plaza driveway, installation of street furniture, and installation of a gateway arch sign spanning the street. In-pavement lighted crosswalk to be installed on Main Street at library driveway. This project is included in the City of Tustin's FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 3, 2025, this project is in the design phase. An engineer has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated to take place in August of 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
