**Contract number 1 was awarded to Blue Heron Construction Inc. for $8,326,480. Contact number 2 was awarded to Rochester Pipeline Inc for $5,380,730 The Project includes the following Work: Question Deadline 01/09/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer via email. Ebbs P.E. - jebbs@labellapc.com The bidders question must be received 7 days prior to the opening of bids to receive consideration Contract 1 - 1 Low Pressure Sewer Main & Grinder Pumps Includes, but not limited to installing approximately 42,000 linear feet of low-pressure sewer main (LPSM), associated flushing and air release manholes, approximately 293 individual grinder pumps and control panels, LPS sewer laterals, curb/check valve kits, connecting gravity sewer laterals to new grinder pumps, and demolishing existing septic tanks. Contract 2 - Force Main and Pump Stations includes, but not limited to installing approximately 26,000 linear feet of sewer force main, approximately 3,500 gravity sewer, sewer manholes, and three sewer pump stations. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $14,100,000 (Contract 1 + Contract 2).
