Maryland Stadium Authority is issuing this IFB to obtain a highly qualified contractor to renovate an existing clubhouse into a female umpire locker room at Oriole Park at Camden Yards according to drawings and specifications. MBE Participation (%) 29.00 In-Person Option: attendance in-person is available and strongly recommended. The meeting will be held at MSA's Offices at Suite 500, 333 West Camden Street. Please advise the Procurement Officer in advance if you intend to attend in person. If you cannot be physically present for the pre-bid meeting, a site visit at another date and time can be arranged by contracting the Procurement Officer.
