The Trinity River Authority, (AUTHORITY) is soliciting proposals for the purpose of conducting Rehabilitation of Concrete Sanitary Sewer Manholes located in Dallas, Ellis, Tarrant and Denton County on an as-needed basis. Manholes are identified for rehabilitation by the AUTHORITYS manhole inspection program, which is on-going. This specification covers work, materials and equipment required for rehabilitating unlined concrete manholes by monolithic spray-application of a corrosion protective coating to eliminate infiltration, provide corrosion protection, repair voids and enhance structural integrity. It is anticipated that 20 manholes are to be rehabilitated during this contract period on an as needed basis. Clarification Deadline 12/30/2024 2:00 PM All questions regarding this bid specification prior to bid opening must be addressed to the purchasing department via the WEBSITE. Term of bid will be for commencing on March 1, 2025 and ending February 28, 2026. The AUTHORITY reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities or deficiencies, and award the bid to best serve the interests of the AUTHORITY.
