Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,470-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Addition and Renovations to the Johnson County, KS. Department of Parks and Recreation Administration and Police Building. This is a Construction Manager at Risk Project you will be bidding to and Contracting with Universal Construction Company. We are signatory to the Carpenters and Laborers Unions, as such any work claimed by those Unions must be completed using Union Trade Personnel. A Milestone Schedule will be issue by Addendum. This Project is scheduled to start in February of 2025 if not sooner and is anticipated to be approximately 12 Months in duration. Scopes of Work will be issued by Addendum Along with the CM Manual.
