The project will include a recreation room, three offices and restrooms. The scope of the design-build services includes, but are not limited to: design, site development, and construction of this facility including all structural, electrical, mechanical, concrete, doors and windows, drywall, carpentry, insulation, roofing, and parking/drives to provide the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma a complete and useable facility. The successful respondent will be responsible for verifying existing surveys, securing all permits, verifying zoning criteria, and compliance with all Federal Regulations.
