No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) calendar days after scheduled time of receipt of bids. All bidders must be licensed and insured in accordance with Beaverhead County's requirements. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Security as specified in the Contract Documents. The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and to make awards in any manner deemed solely by the Commissioners to be in the best interest of the County. MODULAR STEEL VEHICLE BRIDGE Steel Modular Bridge HL93. 80' long X 16' wide with standard guardrail and with backwalls delivered to site. Delivery date on or before June 15, 2025.
