Renovation of a residential development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
**As of February 25, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Complete removal and replacement of the existing siding, as indicated on the project drawings and specifications. Siding shall be replaced with new vinyl siding in six different colors. Any deteriorated cladding shall be removed and replaced and a unit price per linear foot will be established. Window shutters are to be removed and reinstalled (if condition is acceptable) and damaged shutters will be replaced on a unit price basis. PVC panels to be installed at all electrical sheds and fixed railing to wall locations. Break metal flashing shall be installed at all base wall to deck locations, above PVC panels and at window head/jambs. Disconnect and reconnect all equipment. Remove and replace sealant joints. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 12/31/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online
