Calendar year 2025, purchase and delivery of 4000 cubic yards of expanded shale light weight aggregate material (haydite) for use in its chip and seal road maintenance. Shawnee County reserve the right to accept or reject any part of, or all of, any bid or proposal. Prices are to remain firm throughout the 2025 calendar year. Shawnee County reserves the right to procure material from the supplier providing the second best bid if the supplier submitting the best bid is unable to supply the quality or quantity bid within the timeframes stated earlier.
