Animal Shelter Kennel Panels Replacement SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall remove 28 existing Mason Company FRP Sani-Kennel side panels and replace each one with a Mason Company Stainless Steel Sani-Kennel side panel with integrated standard panel-mounted transfer door. As an alternate Bid Item, Contractor shall provide Mason Company FRP side panel pricing. The County is not responsible for verbal clarification of information provided by parties other than Procurement Division staff. The award of a contract, if any, will be made on the basis of the Total Bid Price without consideration of additions or deducts for any Bid Alternates. BASIS OF AWARD The award of a contract resulting from this Invitation for Bid shall be based on the following criteria submitted from the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Summary: Spotsylvania County Animal Shelter is seeking qualified firms to provide all materials and labor necessary to uninstall 28 kennel side panels and replace them with stainless steel panels with transfer door to allow for safe transfer of animals between kennels. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality prior to making an award.
