Renovation of a stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: BC23A.2 HVAC for the Bloomington Ice Garden Modernization project. COMPLETION TIME: Substantial Completion: September 30, 2025 Final Completion: December 31, 2025. The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids. Question Deadline 01/30/2025 All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. BID SECURITY: A certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
