Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/13 12:00:00 AM NST The NL Housing wishes to retain the services of a technical professional to perform building condition assessment reports for the following nine (9) units in Bishop's Falls, NL: 2-18 (9 Units)- 9 Houses. All units are occupied. Total cost shall include all travel, accommodations, information-gathering and report preparation time and administration fees. Commercial General Liability Insurance: Without restricting the generality of Section 5 - Indemnity hereof, the Contractor shall maintain, at its expense, Commercial General Liability Insurance acceptable to NLHC to protect NLHC against all liabilities or damages in respect of injuries to persons (including injuries. resulting in death) in the minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) with respect to the operations of the Contractor and/or its Sub-Contractors and in respect of damages to property arising out of performance of the Work. This insurance shall include NLHC and the occupant of the property as Additional Insureds. The Contractor shall not commence any work until a Certificate of Insurance, obtained at the Contractor's expense, has been received and approved by NLHC as specified herein. NLHC is required by the Public Procurement Regulations under the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Procurement Act to apply a ten percent (10%) reduction to the pricing submitted by provincial suppliers for the purposes of evaluating pricing. This reduction will only be applied when the evaluation includes submissions from non-provincial suppliers.
