As of January 17, 2025 , bids received were rejected as it was discovered it was still in working order and not in need of replacing at this time. Proposals will be reviewed by the Polk County Commissioners Court and considered in a regular session to be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at 410 East Church Street, Livingston, TX 77351. Award Date 14/01/2025 The Polk County Commissioners Court reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any or all proposals, or to accept the proposal deemed to serve the best interest of the County and reserves the right to negotiate any final contract which may result from a successful proposal.
