AS NEEDED BASIS The City reserves the right to request items on an 'as needed' basis. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award Question Deadline 01/03/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No An original bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. If the agreement is for multiple years, each year should be combined to get your total cost. Facsimiles or copies of the bid bond will not be accepted, and your bid will be disqualified if submitted in that manner. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance.
