A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** For Re-Coating of the Interior and Exterior of the 20,000-gallon Hydropneumatic Tank and Associated Exterior Piping and Buildings at Water Plant No. 3 by Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 168, in Harris County, Texas Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a cashiers check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article I, sections 1.3.c. and 1.3.d. of the Contract Between Owner and Contractor. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. The deadline to ask questions is 12/18/2024 12:10 PM CDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER in writing not less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the opening of the Bids without the consent of OWNER. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or accept the Bid or Bids submitted by the responsible Bidder, who, in the judgment of Owner, will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
