Renovation of an educational facility in Potsdam, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of February 10, 2025 the project has not been awarded yet. The timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of existing floor system with new concrete slab and athletic flooring system, Replacement of Mechanical Distribution System, Replacement of Power and Lighting System, Installation of a two-stop elevator and Renovation of four ADA bathrooms. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce Location: Work will be performed at SUNY Potsdam. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 500 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed
